We understand that you are seeking prayer for healing and health for yourself, your friend Helena, and her son. We stand with you in prayer, trusting in the power of Jesus' name.
Firstly, we want to remind you of the importance of praying in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. As scripture tells us in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Natasha, Helena, and her son. Lord, we pray for healing and health, trusting in Your promise in 3 John 1:2 WEB: "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers."
For Helena, we pray against breast cancer and the spread of any cancerous cells. We ask for Your divine intervention, trusting in Your word in Matthew 19:26 WEB: "With God all things are possible." We also pray for wisdom and guidance regarding her diet and weight management.
For her son, we pray for protection and complete healing from heavy overweight and thyroid gland cancer. We ask that You guide them both to a healthy diet, rich in fruits and vegetables, and moderate in every good thing, remembering 1 Corinthians 9:27 WEB, "but beat my body and bring it into submission, lest by any means, after I have preached to others, I myself should be rejected."
For Natasha, we pray for grace to eat moderately and achieve a ideal and healthy weight. We ask for hormonal balance and freedom from emotional overeating. We declare freedom from any food addiction for all three of you, standing on the promise of Galatians 5:1 WEB: "Stand firm therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free, and don't be entangled again with a yoke of bondage."
Lord, we ask for Your will to be done in each of their lives. May they know Jesus personally, finding ultimate healing and salvation in Him alone. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Regarding diet and health, we encourage all to remember the apostle Paul's words in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 WEB: "Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's."
Lastly, we want to address that it is very important to examine our hearts regarding our requests to God. James 4:3 WEB says, "You ask and don't receive, because you ask with wrong motives, so that you may spend it on your pleasures."
So let us always pray submitting to God's will with pure hearts and motives trusting in His power and goodness, desiring ultimately to glorify Him with our bodies, souls, and spirits.
