We are truly sorry to hear that you're feeling this way, but we are here to pray with you and offer some biblical guidance. Firstly, it's important to remember that our struggles are not due to bad luck, but can be because of spiritual warfare, the consequences of our own actions, or God allowing us to go through trials to strengthen our faith. Let's address this situation in Jesus' name.
Let's remember that God is not the author of confusion and bad luck. God is a God of order. As stated in 1 Corinthians 14:33 WEB For God is not a God of confusion, but of peace.
As believers we don't look to luck but towards God for help and direction.
As stated in Psalm 46:1 WEB God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. And in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our fellow believer who is feeling overwhelmed by circumstances. We pray that you will bring comfort and hope as stated in Jeremiah 29:11 WEB For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. Father, turn the current situation around for good. Expose any areas of sin or disobedience that may be causing these struggles, and help our fellow believer to repent and walk in obedience to your Word.
Help us to keep our eyes on Jesus and to remember that you use all things for the good of those who love you and who are called according to your purpose. As stated in Romans 8:28 WEB. We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.
Grant wisdom and discernment to navigate this season, and surround our fellow believer with your peace and love. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Lastly, we want to encourage you to hold onto the promises of God. He also wants you to seek him first and to seek his righteousness. As stated in Matthew 6:33 WEB. But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.
Remember, it is only in the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God.
