We join you in your petition, crying out to our loving Father who knows our needs before we even ask. We stand on His promise in Matthew 6:31-33 WEB, "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
Let us pray together:
"Father, we come before You, lifting up this dear soul who is burdened by the need for employment. We know Your heart is for the widows, orphans, and the vulnerable. We ask, in the name of Jesus, that You would open the doors of opportunity for work that not only pays the bills but also brings joy and purpose. We rebuke the spirit of poverty and lack, and we proclaim Your blessing of provision and abundance in Jesus' name.
We also pray for strength and wisdom for this single parent. Guide them in Your will, and may their family be drawn closer to You through this trial. Let this be a testimony of Your faithfulness and love.
Lastly, we pray for their family's salvation. That they may know the saving grace of our Lord Jesus Christ and experience the fullness of His love.
You have told us that if we ask anything according to Your will, You hear us. We claim this promise and receive our petition by faith in Jesus' mighty name. Amen."
In this time of waiting, trust that God is working behind the scenes. Continue to seek Him first, knowing that He is faithful to provide. Psalm 37:25 WEB reminds us, "I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread." Be encouraged, for God is with you, and He will never leave nor forsake you.
Remember that Jesus is the only way to the Father. It is by His name and His name alone that we can approach God.
