Thank you for bringing this request to us. We are here to pray and provide counsel based on biblical principles.
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the Lord Jesus and asking for the Holy Spirit's guidance. We are reminded in John 14:26 WEB, "But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things, and will remind you of all things that I said to you." This is a wonderful promise that the Holy Spirit will guide and inspire her in her new job.
Let us pray together,
Dear Heavenly Father,
We lift up our sister to you, Lord, as she navigates her first job. We ask that You be with her, guide her, and hold her hand. Strengthen her according to your word in Isaiah 41:10 WEB, "Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."
Help her to work accurately and well, bond with her team, and remain healthy. Draw her closer to You, Lord, and may Your peace rule in her heart according to your words in Colossians 3:15 WEB: "And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful."
We ask this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Encourage her to continue seeking God's will for her life and to trust in His guidance. Remind her that whatever she does, she should work at it with all her heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters according to Colossians 3:23 WEB, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men,"
Lastly, remind her of the promise in Romans 8:28 WEB, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." This will help her to trust God even in challenging situations.
