We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles you're facing, and we want you to know that God cares deeply for you and your situation. Firstly, we want to encourage you to keep your faith in Jesus Christ, as it is through Him that we have access to God's grace and mercy. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." It is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved and have access to God.
In times of trouble, God wants us to call upon Him. As it is mentioned in Psalm 50:15 WEB "Call on me in the day of trouble. I will deliver you, and you will honor me." It is a wonderful thing that you have reached out to God in this time of need.
We want to encourage you to remain hopeful and trust in God's provision. As it is written in Matthew 6:25-34 WEB, "Therefore, I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they? Which of you, by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan? Why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They don't toil, neither do they spin, yet I tell you that even Solomon in all his glory was not dressed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today exists, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, won't he much more clothe you, you of little faith? Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient."
Regarding your living situation, it is important to honor your family and maintain peace. As it is written in Romans 12:18 WEB "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." And in Exodus 20:12 WEB "Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land which Yahweh your God gives you."
While you wait for God's provision, we encourage you to be wise with your resources and to seek help from your local church or Christian community. They may have resources or guidance that can assist you during this time.
Finally, we want to address the importance of marriage as God's design for a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman. As it is written in Genesis 2:24 WEB "Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh." We encourage you to pursue relationships that align with biblical principles and to seek godly counsel in all your decisions.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up this beloved couple in their time of need. We ask, Lord, that You would provide a job for the husband, and that You would open doors for him to be able to work and provide for his family. We pray that You would give them strength and hope in this difficult time, and that You would guide them in all their decisions.
We also pray, Lord, that You would help them to trust in Your provision and to remain faithful to Your word. We ask that You would bless their marriage and help them to align their lives with Your will.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
