I learned that it’s baby steps. Change 1 thing about your life a day. Just one each day or even one thing per week. god loves even the tiniest change. He will help you and loves you. It’s very hard to forgive yourself but since God forgives you try to love yourself too.

If the Lord forgives you, then you are able to forgive yourself. He doesnt want you to feel like this. He loves you.
