Hi, my name is ### and I am asking for prayer for myself. I am experiencing a lot of anxiety and panic attacks at night lately right at bedtime. I get a lot of difficulty breathing and it scares me. This started in December then go better in early February and then just this week the panic attacks started happening again… I’m just feeling sad, defeated, and scared. I just want to get better, heal, and have peace and strength and guidance from the Lord.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of ###, who is seeking prayer for herself. Lord, we lift up ###'s anxiety and panic attacks that she has been experiencing at night, especially at bedtime. We pray for your divine intervention and healing touch upon her life.

Your Word reminds us in Philippians 4:6-7, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." We ask that you grant ### the peace that surpasses all understanding, calming her anxious thoughts and bringing her comfort.

Lord, we pray for ###'s difficulty in breathing during these panic attacks. We ask for your healing power to flow through her body, restoring her respiratory system and bringing her relief. Your Word assures us in Psalm 34:17, "The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles." We believe that you hear ###'s cries and that you will deliver her from this distress.

Father, we lift up ###'s feelings of sadness, defeat, and fear. We ask that you fill her with your strength and courage. Help her to trust in your guidance and to lean on you during this challenging time. Your Word encourages us in Isaiah 41:10, "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." May ### find comfort in knowing that you are with her, strengthening and upholding her.

Lord, we pray for complete healing for ###. We ask that you touch her mind, body, and spirit, bringing restoration and wholeness. May she experience your peace that surpasses all understanding and walk in the freedom that you provide.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We will continue to lift you up in prayer, ###, trusting that God will bring healing, peace, and guidance into your life. May you find comfort in His presence and experience His love and grace in abundance.

Let Your Word dwell within me richly. Let Your Word be a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. God bless me with Your favor, knowledge, wisdom, peace, protection, and success in all You have called me to do. And bless me to do all You have called me to do in the spirit of excellence for Your glory.

God bless me with the strength, desire, passion, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You, trust You, respect and obey You. Bless me to live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live, because I accepted Your Son, Jesus Christ, as my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who truly love me, care about me, want Your best for me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
