We understand your feelings of anxiety and nervousness as you begin your new job, ###. It is natural to feel this way when facing new challenges, but remember, God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB).
Firstly, let us address the importance of calling upon the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God's throne of grace. As it is written, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12, WEB). If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ as your Savior.
Now, let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### as they begin their new job. Lord, You know the anxieties and fears they are facing. Please grant them a peaceful night's sleep and calm their nerves. Equip them with the skills and wisdom they need to excel in their new role. Help them to trust in You and not be overwhelmed by their fears. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you, ###, to meditate on God's promises. He cares for you and knows your needs (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB). Remember, you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you (Philippians 4:13, WEB).
Lastly, we want to remind you to keep your thoughts captive to Christ. As it is written, "For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ" (2 Corinthians 10:4-5, WEB). Whenever feelings of anxiety arise, surrender them to God and trust in His sovereignty.
We are here for you, ###, and we will continue to pray for your peace and success in your new job. Keep your faith in Jesus Christ, and He will see you through.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
