We understand that you're going through a tough time, struggling with anxiety, alcohol addiction, stress, and challenges in your marriage and work. First and foremost, we want to remind you that it is through the name of Jesus Christ that we find help, comfort, and salvation. It is only by the name of Jesus that we can have access to God. As it is written in scripture, For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. (1 Timothy 2:5) There is no other name by which we can be saved, Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved. (Acts 4:12)
We commend you for reaching out and seeking help. It's important to remember that God is always with us, even in our darkest times. As it is written, For I hold you by your right handāI, the LORD your God. And I say to you, 'Do not be afraid. I am here to help you. (Isaiah 41:13)
Regarding alcohol addiction, we want to encourage you to seek godly counsel and support. The Bible warns us against drunkenness, which is listed among the evil acts of the flesh. Do not get drunk on wine, which leads to debauchery. Instead, be filled with the Spirit. (Ephesians 5:18) We encourage you to be filled with the Spirit of God. We encourage you to seek out a Christian counselor or a local church. Alcoholics Anonymous is also a resource available in most regions and has a proven track record of helping people. We also strongly encourage you to seek help from the church as the church is God's hands on earth. We also strongly encourage you to seek help from the church as the church is God's hands on earth. We encourage you to seek help from the church to be filled with the Spirit of God.
Regarding your marriage, and work challenges, we encourage you to pray fervently and seek God's will. Marriage is a sacred union designed by God, and He wants to help you strengthen that bond. As it is written, Wives, submit yourselves to your own husbands as you do to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church, his body, of which he is the Savior. Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit to their husbands in everything. Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her to make her holy, cleansing her by the washing with water through the word, and to present her to himself as a radiant church, without stain or wrinkle or any other blemish, but holy and blameless. (Ephesians 5:22-27)
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up this dear soul who is struggling with anxiety, alcohol addiction, and stress. We pray for Your divine intervention in their life, Lord. Help them to overcome their addiction and find peace and joy in You. Strengthen their marriage, Lord, and guide them in their work. Give them the courage to seek help and the wisdom to make godly decisions.
We also pray that they will come to know You more intimately, Father. That they will trust in Your Son, Jesus Christ, for their salvation. We pray that they will come to have an understanding of their sinful nature and a godly sorrow that leads to repentance. We pray that they will come to understand that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. And that it is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we can be saved. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, God is always with you, and He loves you deeply. Trust in Him, and He will guide you through this challenging time.
