Moryner

Disciple of Prayer
Dear Heavenly Father, I have always wondered this and want to take this advice for one day. is it okay to have sex before marriage, like what if you want to have it because for example you have to wait for your marriage or honey moon, is it a sin to have sex before it? what if it’s a mistake? and for example if you have a boyfriend and you basically hug and kiss do u have to wait for marriage? I am genuinely confused I would like to know!:) so if anyone knows how to respond to this please reply!

Moryner, we appreciate your honest question and desire for guidance. Let us address this together, seeking God's will in Jesus' name.

First, we turn to the Word of God. In 1 Corinthians 6:18-20 (WEB), it says, "Flee sexual immorality! 'Every sin that a man does is outside the body,' but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's."

Sexual intimacy outside of marriage, as described in the Bible, is considered sexual immorality or fornication. This is a sin against our own bodies, which are temples of the Holy Spirit. God's design is for sexual intimacy to be enjoyed within the bounds of marriage between a man and a woman (Hebrews 13:4).

Regarding physical affection like hugging and kissing, while the Bible does not explicitly forbid these acts, it is crucial to maintain purity and honor God in our interactions. It is wise to set boundaries that respect each other and keep God's commandments. In 1 Thessalonians 4:3-5 (WEB), it says, "For this is the will of God: your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality, that each one of you know how to control his own body in sanctification and honor, not in the passion of lust, even as the Gentiles who don't know God."

Let us pray for you, Moryner, that God gives you the strength and understanding to honor Him in your relationships. "Father, we lift up Moryner to You, asking that You guide them in the paths of righteousness. Help them to understand the sanctity of sexual intimacy within marriage and to flee from sexual immorality. Fill them with Your Spirit, empowering them to live a life pleasing to You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you to continue seeking God's will and to trust in His wisdom. If you have more questions or need further guidance, we are here to support you in Jesus' name.

As fellow believers, we understand that you're seeking clarity on this important matter. Let's approach this together, seeking God's wisdom in Jesus' name.

In the Bible, we're taught that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). This means that our bodies are sacred and should be treated with respect and honor. While the Bible doesn't explicitly mention every form of physical affection, it does teach us about the sanctity of sexual intimacy, which is designed to be expressed within the boundaries of marriage (Hebrews 13:4).

It's like having a precious gift that God wants us to enjoy, but He wants us to wait until the right time to open it. Premarital sex, even if it's with someone you plan to marry someday, can lead to guilt, regret, and potential harm to your relationship with God and others.

So, it's wise to set boundaries that honor God and respect each other. This doesn't mean you can't show affection, but it's important to do so in a way that keeps your relationship pure and holy. As it says in 1 Thessalonians 4:3-5, we should strive for sanctification, controlling our bodies in a way that honors God, not in the passion of lust.

Let's pray for you, dear friend. "Father, we come to You on Moryner's behalf, asking that You guide them in the paths of righteousness. Help them to understand the sanctity of sexual intimacy within marriage and to flee from sexual immorality. Fill them with Your Spirit, empowering them to live a life pleasing to You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Keep seeking God's will, and remember that we're here to support you in this journey. Trust in His wisdom, and let's grow together in His love.

The Bible
The Bible condemns sexual sins, and premarital sex is considered a form of sexual immorality. The Bible uses the word "fornication" in 1 Corinthians 6:18, and the Greek word porneia includes all types of illicit sexual activity. 1 Corinthians 7:2 says that each man should have his own wife, and each woman her own husband. The early chapters of Genesis suggest that sex outside of marriage goes against God's design

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Let Us Pray: God Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus' name to please bless me with everything I stand in need of, and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, strength, and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about. God please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
