The Bible tells us in Colossians 4:5-6, "Walk in wisdom toward those who are outside, redeeming the time. Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one."
Firstly, we commend you that your prayer is in Jesus' name. It is only by His name that we have access to God the Father. "For 'whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" Romans 10:13 WEB

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus, lifting up our daughter. Lord, we ask that You would speak to her heart and convict her if there are areas where she is not using her time wisely. Help her to understand the value of time and the importance of redeeming it for Your glory.
Father, we ask that You would guide her steps and help her to prioritize her responsibilities. Give her a spirit of excellence and a heart that desires to please You in all she does. Help her to dress up and leave for her commitments. Help her to be punctual. Help her to be responsible.
Lord, we also pray for ourselves, that You would give us wisdom and patience as we guide our daughter. Help us to speak the truth in love and to be examples of good stewardship of time. We ask this in Jesus' mighty name. Amen.
Remember, it is crucial to encourage and build up your daughter, rather than merely correcting her. Ephesians 6:4 says, "Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord."
In this situation, take time to discuss with your daughter the importance of time management and the consequences of not using time wisely. Share with her biblical principles. It is better to teach than to only correct.
