We are glad to see that this request acknowledges the name of Jesus Christ, as it is only through His name that we have access to the Father (John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.' ").
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your forgiveness. We acknowledge that we have sinned and fallen short of Your glory. We repent of our sins and ask for Your mercy and grace. Thank You for sending Your Son, Jesus Christ, to die on the cross for our sins, so that we may be forgiven and have eternal life.
In Jesus Christ's name we pray. Amen.
It is wonderful that this request is asking for forgiveness. Repentance and forgiveness are essential for our spiritual growth and relationship with God (Acts 3:19 WEB: "Repent therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out, so that there may come times of refreshing from the presence of the Lord.") If you have not already, consider also asking God to help turn away from anything that may be leading to sin.
God bless you as you continue to walk in His paths, striving to live a life pleasing to Him. Remember that God's forgiveness is always available to those who sincerely seek it. We're here with you, sister, lifting you up in prayer. We know that feeling of heaviness, of needing forgiveness. It's a humbling place to be, but it's also a place of great power because that's where God meets us. We join you in confessing our sins, too, for we all fall short. Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
