We rejoice with you as you seek forgiveness and approach God's throne of grace with confidence.
Firstly, we are thankful that you ended your prayer with 'In Jesus Christ Name.' As it is only through Jesus Christ that we can approach God. Just as Jesus said:
I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. John 14:6 (WEB)
The Bible assures us that if we confess our sins, God is faithful and righteous to forgive us of our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (1 John 1:9 WEB) This includes all sins, even those hidden or forgotten. God's forgiveness is complete and all-encompassing.
Let's pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before you with a humble heart, seeking your forgiveness. We ask that you forgive all sins and cleanse from all unrighteousness. Search the heart and reveal any hidden sins that need confession and repentance. We ask this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
In addition to seeking forgiveness, it's essential to turn away from sin and pursue righteousness. For godly sorrow, which is according to God, produces repentance leading to salvation, but the sorrow of the world produces death.
(2 Corinthians 7:10)
As part of repentance, make every effort to live in peace with everyone and to be holy. Without holiness, no one will see the Lord. (Hebrews 12:14 WEB) Pursue holiness.
Continue to examine your life according to the light of God's Word.

Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray alongside you. We are honored that you invited us to join you in seeking God's forgiveness. We desire to continue praying with you, remember God's word reminds us that If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. So let us approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.
