We understand that you are seeking deliverance from evil music, and you are also asking for forgiveness. It is wonderful that you acknowledged the power of Jesus' name, as it is only through His name that we can approach God and be saved (Acts 4:12).
Firstly, let's address the issue of evil music. We are called to be discerning about what we listen to, as it can greatly influence our thoughts, emotions, and actions. The Bible tells us to focus on whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things (Philippians 4:8 WEB). Therefore, we should avoid music that promotes evil, violence, immorality, or any other ungodly themes.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your deliverance and forgiveness for our brother/sister. Lord, we ask that You free them from the influence of evil music and fill their heart with a desire for songs that praise and honor You.
Father, we also ask for Your forgiveness. We know that we all fall short of Your glory, but through the blood of Jesus, we can be made righteous. Lord, forgive their sins and cleanse them from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9 WEB).
Help them to live a life that is pleasing to You, and guide them in Your truth. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
Now, let's encourage one another with these words from Psalm 101:2-3 WEB: I will be careful to live a blameless life. ... I will set no vile thing before my eyes. I hate the deeds of faithless men. They will not cling to me.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
