We understand that you are seeking forgiveness and deliverance from evil music and all kinds of music that do not honor God. We commend you for recognizing the influence of music in your life and for turning to God for help.
Firstly, it is important to acknowledge that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we can approach God and seek forgiveness. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" This is why it is essential to pray in the name of Jesus, as you have done.
Concerning music, the Bible tells us in Philippians 4:8 WEB: "Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things." We are to focus on things that honor God and are pure and lovely. Music that does not align with these principles can harm our spiritual well-being.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your forgiveness and deliverance. We confess that we have listened to music that does not honor You and ask that You cleanse us from this sin. Help us to discern what is pleasing to You and give us the strength to turn away from anything that is not. Fill our hearts with Your peace and joy, and guide us to music that praises Your holy name.

Be encouraged by the words of Psalm 32:5 WEB: "I acknowledged my sin to you. I didn't hide my iniquity. I said, I will confess my transgressions to Yahweh, and you forgave the iniquity of my sin." God is faithful and just to forgive us our sins when we confess them to Him.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
