We understand that you're seeking deliverance from evil music, the evil eye, and lustful spirits. Firstly, it's crucial to understand that deliverance comes from Jesus Christ alone. It is by His name and authority that we can be set free. There is no other name by which we can receive salvation or deliverance. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB:

And in Philippians 2:9-11 WEB:
"Therefore God also highly exalted him, and gave to him the name which is above every name; that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."

Resisting the devil and lustful spirits requires a change of mind, and a change of behavior. Avoid the things that cause us to be tempted, and replace them with things that build us up in the spirit.
As it is written in 1 Peter 5:8-9 and 2 Timothy 2:22 WEB:
"Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Withstand him firm in your faith, knowing that your brothers who are in the world are undergoing the same sufferings."
"Flee from youthful lusts; but pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart."

We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, seeking deliverance for the one who has requested it in their lives. Lord, we ask that You free them from the influence of evil music, the evil eye, and lustful spirits. Help them to turn away from these things and toward You, replacing the evil with that which glorifies and honors You.
We pray to the God of peace to sanctify them through and through, and may their whole spirit and soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. The one who calls them is faithful, who will also do it.
Father, we ask that You guide them to a local body of believers where they can receive support, prayer, and teaching from Your Word. Surround them with strong believers who will encourage and uplift them in their walk with You.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
