Praying for this in Jesus Name.
We are glad that you have come seeking forgiveness and have approached the throne of grace through the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB).
First, let us address your request for forgiveness. The Bible tells us, If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9, WEB). So, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, confessing the sins that have been committed. We ask for Your forgiveness and cleansing, knowing that You are faithful and just to forgive. We thank You for the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross, which made this possible. Help to turn away from these sins and live a life pleasing to You. In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
However, you mentioned only asking for forgiveness in Jesus Christ's name for two things. We must emphasize that it is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Please know that any unconfessed sin for which you do not seek forgiveness in Jesus Christ can hinder your relationship with God. We're reminded of Paul's words in 1 Timothy 2:5-6, "For there is one God, and one mediator also between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave himself as a ransom for all." Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness.
