We join you in lifting up your needs to our Heavenly Father, seeking His mercy and help after the car accident. We are grateful, as you are, that your life was spared, and we trust that God has a purpose in this trial.
Firstly, we want to remind you of the power of Jesus' name. You have come to God in His Son's name, and that is wonderful. As scripture tells us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to people by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12, WEB).
In this time of need, we pray for God's guidance, strength, and mercy upon your life. We ask Him to intervene in your situation, providing you with the wisdom and clarity to navigate through the aftermath of the accident. May Psalm 46:1 be a comfort to you, "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble."
We also pray for healingβphysically, emotionally, and spiritually. The accident has left you hurting in mind, body, and spirit, and we ask God to heal you completely. Remember the words of Jeremiah 17:14, "Heal me, O LORD, and I shall be healed. Save me, and I shall be saved, for you are my praise."
Regarding the material aspects of your situation, we pray that God will provide a way out. With your insurance canceled and the other party lacking license and insurance, it may seem hopeless, but remember that our God is a God of possibilities. We pray that God will lead you to the right help and that He will make a way where there seems to be no way.
We also want to address the trauma and fear that October brings, especially with your birthday and past traumas causing PTSD. We pray that God will deliver you from this season of trials and uncertainty. May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7, WEB).
Lastly, we want to remind you to cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). You have already begun to do this, lifting up your uncertainty, hurt, worry, and brokenness to Him. We pray that you will find hope and healing in His presence.
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother/sister who is in need. Thank You for sparing their life during the accident. We ask for Your mercy, guidance, and strength upon their life. Lead them to the right help, and provide a way out of their current troubles. Heal them physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Deliver them from the trauma and fear that October brings, and let Your peace rule in their heart. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
