I am asking for prayers of protection. I have a boss who has no integrity and will do anything to rise to the top. Manipulation, demoralizing employees, and pitting one person against another are just a few of the tactics that my boss uses. Every meeting with my boss is emotionally draining. Hard work and results are not acknowledged you have to purchase gifts for the boss and agree to everything without question in order to be seen as worthy. Everyone is literally walking on egg shells and afraid to speak up. I am so tired of being the only one to take a stand on matters. This also makes me very unpopular with my boss. Help me to just be quiet and smile so that there won't be any form of retaliation against me. Thanks

i pray u have enough sense to be looking for another job.....even taking a cut in pay would be better than working anywhere or for anyone who allows such a rotten foolish person to be in charge of thier employees......i pray Jesus will urge u and help u to find a better place to earn ur living ijna
