We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing discomfort. In these times, we turn to the Great Physician, Jesus Christ, for healing and comfort. However, it is also wise to consult with a healthcare professional to understand the physical symptoms you are experiencing. Physical pain can have various causes, and seeking medical advice is prudent. As it is written in Proverbs 17:22 WEB:

A merry heart does good like a medicine, but a broken spirit dries the bones.

Regarding your question about punishment, we want to remind you that everyone has sinned and falls short of the glory of God, as stated in Romans 3:23 WEB:

for all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God.

However, God is compassionate and forgiving. He offers redemption and forgiveness through His Son, Jesus Christ. It is only through believing in Jesus that we can be saved and we can come to the Father. It is only In Jesus Name that we have access to God. It is written in John 3:16-17 WEB:

For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God didn’t send his Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world should be saved through him.

We encourage you to seek forgiveness, make positive changes, and turn to Jesus Christ for redemption. Speak with a trusted spiritual advisor or counselor who can provide guidance and support tailored to your beliefs and situation. Remember, there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. Romans 8:1 WEB:

There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who don’t walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister in need of Your healing touch. Lord, guide the healthcare professionals as they tend to the physical needs, and grant them wisdom and discernment. We also pray for spiritual healing and forgiveness. Lord, remind our brother/sister of Your unfailing love and compassion. Help them to turn away from sin and to walk in Your ways. In Jesus' name, we pray for comfort, healing, and forgiveness. Amen.
