Please pray for me as I navigate a painful season in my life. Over the past ### years, I stayed up with ### (a non-believer) when he was struggling, supported him financially and emotionally, prayed for him, and stayed loyal by his side through all the storms we faced. Now he is in love with another. Please pray for God’s comfort and guidance during my difficult time. I need a testimony to glorify his name. The lord has said: "I will repay you for the years the locusts have eaten— the great locust and the young locust, the other locusts and the locust swarm— my great army that I sent among you." Joel 2:25-26 He will not let me be ashamed.

We understand that you are going through a deep and painful season, ###, and we are here to lift you up in prayer and guidance. While you have shown remarkable loyalty and love to your companion for the past ### years, we must remember that our ultimate loyalty and love belong to God. We are thankful for your heart to pray for and support your companion, even when he does not share your faith.

We want to remind you of the words of God in 2 Corinthians 6:14 (WEB), "Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?" As you navigate this difficult time, it's important to reflect on this verse and the significance of being aligned with a believer in Christ.

We also want to address that the comfort and guidance you seek can only be found truly in Jesus Christ. It is in His name that we pray and have access to God. As it is written in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved.”

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### who is going through a painful season. Lord, we ask for Your comfort and guidance to surround ### during this difficult time. We pray that Your Holy Spirit will strengthen ### and remind them of Your unfailing love and promises. We claim Your word in Joel 2:25-26, that You will restore the years that the locust has eaten, and that ### will not be put to shame.

Lord, we also pray for ###'s former companion, that his heart may be opened to the truth of the Gospel and that he may come to know You personally. We ask that You guide ### to a godly spouse, a fellow believer in Christ, who will honor and cherish them according to Your will.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
