10 pm construction works????

No construction works at ### pm!!!
My crazy neighbours - already ### weeks they make noise in wrong hours. I hear hammer noise. I want to go to sleep!!!! I ask them yesterday not to make noise after ### pm (I am sure normal people will not make this kind of noise after ### pm or even ### pm.
One of the sons is especially arrogant and selfwilling. Lord deal with him and with all of them in Jesus name!!
