Lord bless us all on this forum with spiritual exercise in You, Your word and good health habits- physical, financial, life skills, love and communication relationshipe,ect. Please let all suffering and waiting on answered prayers soak up Your word and get peace in Your voice from Scripture. And good health in healthy habits to endure this often hard life.

βPhysical training is good, but training for godliness is much better, promising benefits in this life and in the life to come.β Combining exercise to save health and Bible reading/study to exercise spiritually. Even online with just meeting in prayer accountability for 5 minutes of exercise daily and a Bible verse to work out with would equal creating and sharing good habits for God's glory. Many people don't work out at all. Nothing. 5 modified for ease squats, pushups and curls (all can be done standing as well) daily takes like 2 minutes and would build fitness with 1 extra rep added each week.
Exercise, breathing good for anxiety and depression! Let's put on the Armor of God and work out with God's living word. Lord Your people die for lack of salvation and knowledge and sharing help to get things done. Help me use my needs to help others as well and raise Your name. I love You Lord I am trying please help me not just endure but succeed in the name of Jesus. Amen!
