No noise inside or outside my building. Ever!! Somebody talking loud under my window, and my upstair neighbour slamming with doors and windows. It 10 pm. Also my next door neighbours talk very loud. Peace day and night.

About distractions.Whenever I try to focus on something, there's distractions from people talking outside my window, barking dogs, screaming babys, car alarms going off. So it cuts into my brain so that I can't concentrate. For "focus time."
