Pain in muscles and bones. Probably from gastritis. Or virus

Normal stomach acid. Normal breathing. No irritation or pain in my stomach or reflection pain. No pain in bones (from gastritis). No diarrhea. No irritation in my stomach or larynx. (rest of virus, and gastritis)

Opened sinuses. Healthy sinuses, throat, larynx, stomach. No itchiness in larynx. No caughing etc... Easy caughing out. Any kind of virus or symptoms left, go away and never come back in Jesus name.
