Total healing from virus/cold/flu. Opened sinuses. Easy coughing out and no irritation/inflammation in my throat/larynx. Normal breathing, normal talking. Healthy vocal cords.

Lord, please stop this itchiness in the throat/larynx so that ### can sleep. Lord, ### ask for a good sweet sleep after ### sleepless nights.
