Virus - easy breathing through nose and bronchees. No irritation to caughing etc no itchiness in my larynx/bronchees. Easy slime caughing out. Good sweet sleep now. Waking up on time. Arriving on time for work. No lateness of the train. No using of a cab but train.

Healing of virus Normal heart beat not fast. No boiling in my stomach. No irritation (raspy voice, itchiness/pain sometimes when i caugh) in my bronchees. Good sweet sleep for me.
