Dear Lord I have had a headache, neck pain, sometimes twinges in my chest, high pulse sometimes. I do not feel right. I have not been to a Dr. yet. I have anxiety issues but I do not know if it is that. I’m worried.

Pls help me overcome anxiety issues. I have fear of the worst. I have lost my confidence and need it back.
