I have missed my periods for 3 months now

Am a boy aged 21 and am afraid of dying and living with a disease havent yet tested HIV positive because their test kit actual detect after 3months .now its two months for me and symptoms am suffering seems like its HIV...pray for me i dont want to love with this disease
