My husband was recently diagnosed with early stage cancer in his rectum or colon. While we don't know which exact stage it is, I'm fearful it's three due to the surgeon's consult notes and that one of his CT scans came back with a clean liver but a possible lymph node in one of his lungs. We scheduled an MRI right before New Year's and this will determine not only the stage but also the plan of treatment going forward. I'm terrified and praying for a miracle.
