Please Lord help for this legal offices to communicate properly and not hang up on me again or deliberately speaking so fast and incoherently they even hung up on me, didn't expect this type of poor behavior from an ###. An even from a provider I know doesn't care either for me, so don't know what to expect from them as far as these legal letters go.
