Dear God, I am coming to you about my noisy neighbor's toddler. It has been 1 year on and off, running, banging along with him stomping. I have tried everything, leasing and management office, police. I haven't had a chance to talk to my neighbor because they ask me not to go to his door. I went to a young Catholic professionals barn dance. I had fun with dancing and got second place in musical chairs! :D And I did have fun socializing with some men but not with the women.
