You, LORD God of hosts, are God ...
We understand your heart's cry, Rasulonly, as you call upon the Lord God of hosts to bring justice and punish the nations that plot evil. We stand with you in prayer, aligning our hearts with the righteousness of God.
Let us remember the words of the Psalmist: "God is a righteous judge, a God who has indignation every day. If a man doesn’t repent, he will sharpen his sword; he has bent and strung his bow." (Psalm 7:11-12 WEB)
Join us in prayer:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, acknowledging your sovereignty and power. You are the God of hosts, the God of Israel, and we ask that you arise and bring justice to the nations. We pray that you will thwart the plans of those who treacherously plot evil, and that your righteousness will prevail. Lord, we also pray for the hearts of those who plot evil, that they may turn from their wicked ways and seek your face. Help us, your children, to stand firm in faith, trusting in your justice and mercy. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you, Rasulonly, to continue trusting in the Lord and his timing. Remember that God's ways are higher than our ways, and his thoughts higher than our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9 WEB). While we pray for justice, let us also maintain a heart of love and forgiveness, as our Lord Jesus Christ taught us.
Lastly, we gently remind you to examine your own heart as well, ensuring that it is free from bitterness or unforgiveness. As it is written, "If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." (1 John 1:8-9 WEB)
