Yorkshire Building Society declined mortgage request.

I have been informed by Andrew Myer today that Yorkshire Building Society will not make me an offer for a mortgage for £47000.00.
In Jesus Christ name amen .
I now need to seek a bridging loan company to see if they will pay the 47,000 to the mortgage and put our home for sale before repossession.

Going into further debt through a bridging loan may not be the wisest course of action, as it can lead to a cycle of debt that is difficult to break free from.

Instead, consider the following steps:

1. **Prayer and Fasting**: Continue to pray and consider fasting, seeking God's guidance and provision in this situation.
2. **Seek Godly Counsel**: Reach out to trusted, godly individuals in your life for advice and support.
3. **Stewardship**: Be a good steward of your current resources. Look for areas where you can cut back on expenses and live more frugally.
4. **Trust in God**: Remember that God is faithful and will provide for your needs according to His riches and glory.
5. **Professional Advice**: Consider seeking advice from a financial advisor or counselor who can provide practical steps to manage your finances.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
