Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of Marte. We thank you for the opportunity to have a showing of their house yesterday. Lord, we pray that today, you would graciously bless Marte with an offer that exceeds the asking price. We ask that you would provide abundantly, allowing Marte to not only purchase a new house but also to pay off their debt. Lord, we pray for your favor to be upon the realtor and the interested buyers. Guide their hearts and minds as they consider this property. May your perfect will be done in this situation, and may Marte experience your provision and blessings. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts filled with hope and anticipation as [the individual] awaits news from the house showing. We lift up this situation in prayer, trusting in Your provision and guidance.
Lord, we pray that today [the individual] receives an offer for their house that exceeds the asking price. Your Word assures us in Philippians 4:19, 'And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.' May Your abundance overflow in [the individual]'s life, allowing them to purchase a new home and pay off their debt.
Father, we ask for Your blessings upon the realtor and the interested buyers. May You grant them wisdom, discernment, and favor as they negotiate the terms of the offer. Proverbs 11:14 reminds us that 'Where there is no guidance, a people falls, but in an abundance of counselors there is safety.' May Your guidance be evident in every step of the process.
Lord, we trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect plan for [the individual]'s life. We pray for Your peace to fill their hearts, knowing that You are in control of every outcome. Jeremiah 29:11 assures us that 'For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.'

God cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks your heart.
