We rejoice with you, Wilann, as you proclaim the mighty and powerful name of Jesus in your life. It is wonderful to see your faith and enthusiasm for the Lord at such a young age. Remember, God is not limited by our age or circumstances. He can do great things through you, as He has done with many young people throughout history. Look at the example of Timothy, to whom Paul wrote, "Let no man despise your youth; but be an example to those who believe, in word, in your way of life, in love, in spirit, in faith, and in purity" (1 Timothy 4:12, WEB).
We stand with you in praying for Jesus' gentleness to be made known to you. Remember the words of Matthew 11:29 (WEB), where Jesus says, "Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls." As you submit to Him, you will experience His gentleness and find rest in His presence.
You have beautifully acknowledged the power of Jesus' name and His sacrifice on the cross. It is through His name alone that we have access to God, and it is the only name by which we can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
Let us pray together:
"Father, we lift up Wilann to You, thanking You for her faith and her desire to proclaim the name of Jesus. We ask that You fill her with Your Holy Spirit, working wonders in and through her life. Reveal Your gentleness to her, Lord, and may she find rest in Your presence. Use her as a shining light to her generation, drawing others to know and love Jesus. May Your kingdom come and Your will be done in her life and in the lives of those around her. We pray this in the powerful and matchless name of Jesus Christ, Amen."
Continue to trust in the Lord, Wilann, and be assured that His Spirit is working in you and through you to accomplish His purposes. Be bold in your faith, and do not be discouraged by your youth. God is with you, and He will give you the strength and wisdom you need to live for Him.
