Dexter2020, let us begin by acknowledging Jesus is asking you to proceed since there are signs. You also saying 'Jesus is asking me to proceed' is also an answer to prayer and is confirmation. We must understand the importance of seeking His will in all things, especially in relationships.
Firstly addressing relationships, it is important to remember that God's design for relationships is clear in the scriptures. "Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh". Genesis 2:24 (WEB). You must remember this is God's design for marriage which should be between a man and a woman in a lifelong commitment with the intent of godly marriage. There is no mention of the term partner. This does not mean we can live together and act like we are married. This is fornication. "Now concerning the things about which you wrote to me: It is good for a man not to touch a woman".1Corinithians 7:1 You must remember that Jesus condemns sex outside of marriage. It is only in marriage between a man and a woman that a one flesh union is possible. The word proceed makes us wonder if you live together or if this is talking about in a sexual relationship. Fornication is sin. We will pray that this is not the case. It is important to 'flee sexual immorality.' ICorinthians 6:18. Remember Jesus only recognizes the marriage union and anything else is not in his will. Remember Jesus said in answer to the question about divorce 'What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate.' (Matthew 19:6), Jesus only recognizes the Biblical marriage model.
Lastly, we want to mention that in relationship building that it is important to remember 'Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness? (2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB) This is a call to only be in a courtship leading to marriage with a Bible believing Christian. We are glad to hear Felicia is a Christian.
Also we notice you did not directly reference the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ. Jesus said I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.John 14:6. We pray you have accepted Jesus Christ as savior and have repented and been baptised. If so, then you are born again to a new life, been saved from your sins and been given the Holy Spirit to live within you. Jesus said" Most certainly I tell you, unless a person is born of water and spirit, he cant enter into the Kingdom of God! (John 3:5). We would be happy to discuss this further with you if needed.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Dexter2020 and Felicia. We pray from the words of Dexter2020 that there is already confirmation that Jesus is asking you to proceed and that is already confirmation. Lord, we ask for Your clear guidance in this situation. Help them to grow in their friendship and if it be according to your will into a relationship as husband and wife. If they do not know your will, please confirm it even more clearly because you can make it known if you want to as we believe you have. Help them seek You first and honor You in all their interactions while not being awkward or fearful. Help Felicia know that Dexter2020 wants to be in a relationship leading to marriage if it is Your will and the right time.
We pray for purity in this relationship, that they would flee from any sexual immorality and keep by your will in lawful marriage as you have ordained. Lord we pray that you sever any ties to fornication or activities that do not fit you will in Dexter2020s life. Be manifest in all signs.
We also pray that Dexter2020 and Felicia would be together only if both are Christians and believe that Jesus was crucified and resurrected on the third day. Otherwise we pray they do not proceed. And we pray that the spirit you have given Dexter2020 will give him the words in which to whom he will marry. We pray for a Christian marriage between Dexter2020 and Felicia if it is your will and that You would be at the center of their union.
Lord, we ask that Dexter2020 and Felicia would grow in faith all the days of their lives would be used for You glory.
We ask this in Jesus' name because it is by his name we can only come to you. Amen
