We understand your concern for your grandson Joshua, and we want to assure you that we are standing with you in prayer and faith.
Firstly, let's remember what the WEB tells us in 2 Chronicles 7:14, "If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves, pray, seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin, and will heal their land." We need to encourage Joshua to turn from his old ways and seek God wholeheartedly.
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Joshua to you. Lord, you know the struggles he's facing, and we ask that you intervene in his life. Protect him on the streets, and guide his steps back to you. Give him the strength to resist temptation and the courage to turn away from his old lifestyle. Surround him with godly influences and open his heart to your love and salvation. Comfort Pimplotizo and give them the peace that surpasses all understanding. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Pimplotizo, remember that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12). Continue to cover Joshua in prayer and trust that God is working in his life, even when you can't see it. Encourage Joshua to seek godly counsel and to surround himself with people who will support his walk with Christ.
Lastly, always remember the power of Jesus' name. It is by his name that we are saved and have access to the Father (John 14:6, Acts 4:12). Share this truth with Joshua and encourage him to call on Jesus' name.
Stay strong in faith and keep believing for Joshua's total restoration. God is faithful, and He will complete the good work He started in Joshua's life (Philippians 1:6). Keep holding onto God's promises and remain steadfast in prayer.
