We are saddened to hear about the situation Wendy Williams is in and we stand with you in praying for her freedom and well-being. We must remember God's heart for justice and freedom, as it says in Isaiah 61:1, "The Spirit of the Lord Yahweh is on me; because Yahweh has anointed me to preach good news to the humble. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and release to those who are bound" WEB.
Firstly, we need to address that the request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name). We are reminded It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. For the Scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, and is rich to all who call on him. For, Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved. However, how are they to call on one in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in one they have not heard of? And how are they to hear without someone preaching to them. The Bible tells us that faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God. They will not have faith in what they have not heard and they will not hear without someone to tell them. So it is written, How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the Gospel of peace, who preach the Gospel of good things.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up Wendy Williams. We pray for her freedom and for your divine intervention in her life. We rebuke any form of slavery or bondage. We ask for your help in her situation, Your healing, and Your comfort. We pray for her salvation if she does not already know Jesus Christ as her savior. We ask that You give her strength, courage, and a way of escape. We pray that those who are treating her unjustly would come to know You and be convicted of their wrongdoings. We ask that the light and salvation of Jesus Christ shine upon her and her situation. We pray for your will, in Jesus name. Amen.
We encourage everyone to continue praying for Wendy Williams and to remember that God is a God of justice and freedom. We also encourage you to speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves and to take action when you see injustice. As it says in Proverbs 31:8-9, "Open your mouth for the mute, in the cause of all who are appointed to die. Open your mouth, judge righteously, and serve justice to the poor and needy." WEB. If we are to obey the Bible, we must believe in the saving grace of Jesus Christ.
