Rejoice, and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven. For that is how they persecuted the prophets who were before you."

While it's clear that their actions are harmful, we must remember what Ephesians 6:12 (WEB) tells us, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." Our battle is not against people but against the spiritual forces driving them.

Lastly, we want to ensure you have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. If you haven't already, confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead. You will be saved (Romans 10:9, WEB). It's only through Jesus that we have access to God (John 14:6, WEB).

Stay strong in faith, trusting that God will bring justice and truth to light. Keep your conduct honorable among the nations, so that when they speak against you as evildoers, they may see your good works and glorify God (1 Peter 2:12, WEB).
