In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of Reborn12345, who desires to increase their strength and achieve their fitness goals in the gym. Lord, we acknowledge that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we seek your guidance and strength in this pursuit.
Your Word reminds us that we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us . We ask for your divine empowerment and favor upon Reborn12345 as they strive to double their current lifts and put on 30kg of strength. Grant them the determination, discipline, and perseverance needed to achieve these goals.
Father, we also pray that you would help Reborn12345 to maintain a healthy body composition, specifically desiring to be at 12 percent body fat. We ask for your wisdom in their nutrition and exercise choices, that they may honor you with their bodies .
Lord, we recognize that true strength comes from you. As Reborn12345 seeks physical strength, we pray that you would also strengthen them spiritually. Help them to grow in their faith, to rely on you in all things, and to find their ultimate satisfaction and fulfillment in you.
