Prayer Warrior
Would like prayer for several people I know in tough situations.
There are several people I know that are dealing with rough situations at the moment, that are stressful and painful for them. I'd like to put them all here and request deep prayers from all of you, for them.
-A guy I know had a coworker he was fond of, just die less than a week ago of a heart attack. He didn't know him extremely well but is still bothered by the loss nonetheless. Please pray easing of any stress, pain, or burdens he has as a result of the occurrence.
- A friend of mine just lost his dog, also about a week ago (to death). He was a great friend and companion for many years to my friend, who has OCD and several other issues and benefited greatly from having the dog as a companion. Please pray for comfort, hope, de-stressing and willingness to move on and through the grief.
- My church friend's brother, whom I also know somewhat, and who is a Christian also, has a myriad of health problems, is in a wheelchair and has 3 kids living with him, and recently was diagnosed with Stage III prostate cancer. That is on top of all his other health problems. He has not been sleeping much recently and also has a very low appetite and says he hasn't been eating. Please pray fervently for him, that God restores hope, comfort, and easing of his burdens to him, and most of all, deep sleep (when he DOES sleep) and his appetite! He is on chemo and needs to keep his strength up.
- My church friend (the sister of the brother I just mentioned) is dealing with some disappointment regarding how things are going with her son, daughter in law, and grandsons. They are being withheld from her. It is a long story, but, pray that God would help her be strong and give her endurance through all the disappointment and pain, and show her what he's trying to teach her through all this. She needs endurance because this is a long-term struggle.
There are a few others I can't recall right offhand. Would you please pray a general prayer for those also, that God helps those people in their situations, gives them hope, peace, and guidance, as well as courage and wisdom.
And pray all those things for ME also! I am dealing with my own struggle, right at this time, that may last for a while.
