Would Like Immediate Prayer Regarding The Job I Just Got

I just obtained a job, that I started today (April 1st). I would like some prayer for it.

I am not sure if I will keep the job, as I have a learning disability which often makes me slow and feel/seem incompetent (which has been an issue in the past and gotten me fired from many jobs), and my direct supervisor told me and the other new hires that we have one week to catch on to the tasks there in the department we're in, and if we don't then we'll be dismissed, pure and simple.  Well, I believe God got me this job (through a couple of divine leadings) and I can't understand why He would give me a job just for me to get fired from it. I'm tired of being fired from jobs, I am 40 years old and something has to change.

So please pray:

• That if it's God's will that this job end, that he give me another one that meets my needs (hours-wise and so on) VERY soon, but that is also a job I can do well without fear of being fired from
  
• That my current supervisor would start being more understanding and lenient with me; I realize there's timelines they have to meet but I am hoping that if I have to tell him about my disability he can and will make accommodation, by not getting on my case when I'm going slower.
  
• That God would help my brain and body to run smoother and faster so I can at least attempt to get things done as quick as I'm asked
  
• That I would get to know my coworkers and become acquaintances with them and get a good rapport with them, in whatever time God has given me to remain there

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
