We understand that you're going through a tough time, feeling ashamed, timid, and shaken in your faith. First, let's remember what the WEB says in 2 Timothy 1:7, "For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."
It's important to remember that it's normal to feel overwhelmed, but as a child of God, you have the power to overcome these feelings. In Psalm 34:4-5, it's written, "I sought Yahweh, and he answered me, and delivered me from all my fears. They looked to him, and were radiant. Their faces weren't ashamed."
Let's pray together:
"Father, we come before you, lifting up our sister who is feeling ashamed, timid, and shaken. We ask for your forgiveness and your comfort. Strengthen her faith, Lord, and remind her of your unfailing love. Help her to fix her eyes on you and not be consumed by fear or shame. Give her the power to overcome her anxieties and the ability to minister to others without panic. We ask all of this in Jesus Christ's name IJN."
Remember, it's not by your own strength, but through the power of the Holy Spirit that you can overcome. As the WEB says in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me."
The fact that you are ministering to others is evidence of God's love in your heart. It is important to recognize that Jesus Christ is the only way to be saved from our sins and be reconciled with God Acts 4:12 says "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!". You do not have to feel ashamed of not taking care of yourself if you can be saved from all of your sins by believing in Jesus Christ.
Lastly, don't forget that you are deeply loved by God. In Zephaniah 3:17, it's written, "Yahweh, your God, is in the middle of you, a mighty one who will save. He will rejoice over you with joy. He will calm you in his love. He will rejoice over you with singing."
We will pray for you to find peace, strength, and a positive outcome in Jesus Christ's name.
