Pray that I will sleep better, have peace, not worry, that my spouse won't be so clingy, especially if I see my lady friends twice a week, not. Get upset if he works on a holiday and I get home an hour or two later, that my adult kids will come home at Christmas even if my spouse is there, that my bosses think I'm doing a good job.

Firstly, let's address the issue of worry. The Bible tells us, "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB). So, let's bring these worries to God in prayer.

Dear Lord, we come before You in Jesus' name, asking for Your peace to fill ###. Please help them to sleep better, to cast all their anxieties on You, and to trust in Your care.

However, we need to address some relationship dynamics mentioned. It's important that your friendship with other ladies should not cause discord in your marriage. While it's not wrong to have friends, it's crucial to ensure that these relationships are not causing your spouse to feel neglected or jealous. The Bible says, "Let each one of you love his wife even as himself; and let the wife see that she respects her husband." (Ephesians 5:33 WEB).

Regarding your spouse working on holidays, it's important to communicate openly about your feelings. However, also remember, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men." (Colossians 3:23 WEB). It's commendable that your spouse is dedicated to their work. Perhaps you can find a compromise that respects both your feelings and their dedication.

As for your adult kids visiting during Christmas, pray and trust that God will work in their hearts. "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it." (Proverbs 22:6 WEB).

Lastly, concerning your work, know that God sees your efforts. "Whatever you do, do it with all your might, as serving the Lord, and not men." (Colossians 3:23 WEB).

We noticed that your request doesn't mention Jesus. Remember, it's by His name that we have access to God. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus." (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). If you haven't already, consider accepting Jesus as your Savior.
