Worry

I am struggling with worry to the point it keeps me up at night, I need prayer to stop worrying about my job, my finances and my relationships. Please Father take this worrying away from ###, I place this at your feet and ask for peace knowing you will look after me and I need not worry. Grant me peace in knowing your plans for me are good and I need not worry about anything. Amen

We understand that you're struggling with worry, ###, and we want to lift you up in prayer and provide some biblical encouragement. Firstly, it's important to remember what Jesus said in the Sermon on the Mount:

"Therefore, I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they? ... Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient." (Matthew 6:25-26, 34 WEB)

Let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today to lift up ###, who is struggling with worry and anxiety about their job, finances, and relationships. Lord, we know that Your word tells us not to be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, to present our requests to You. (Philippians 4:6 WEB) We ask that You take these worries from ### and replace them with Your perfect peace, a peace that passes all understanding. (Philippians 4:7 WEB)

Lord, we thank You that You have good plans for ###, plans to prosper and not to harm, plans to give hope and a future. (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB) Help ### to trust in You and to cast all these cares upon You, because You care for them. (1 Peter 5:7 WEB)

###, we encourage you to keep your focus on Jesus and His promises. Trust that He is faithful and will take care of you. Whenever worry creeps in, turn it into a prayer and give it to God. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
