We are truly sorry to hear about Jakeb's situation and your worry. First, let us remember that God cares about every detail of our lives, including our health and work. It is important to trust in His sovereignty and goodness, even in times of uncertainty. As it says in Romans 8:28 WEB, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Jakeb to Your throne of grace. We pray for Your healing touch upon his body, that if it is Your will, he may be restored to full health and strength. We also ask for Your protection over his employment, that his absence may not result in any negative consequences. Guide him in honesty and integrity with his employer that would be pleasing to you.
Lord, we also pray for Tachick, that You would fill their heart with Your peace, casting out all anxiety and worry. Help them to trust in Your goodness and faithfulness, knowing that You are in control of every situation. Remind them to not lean on their own understanding but instead trust you with all the heart. Your word says in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
Father, we ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. It is in His name that we have access to You and can come boldly to the throne of grace. If Tachick has not done so, we encourage them to confess that Jesus Christ is Lord and believe in their heart that God has raised him from the dead. For it is with the mouth that confession is made to salvation. For the Scripture says, "Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved."
Lastly, Lord, if there is anything that Jakeb or Tachick need to learn, or anything they may be doing which is not pleasing to You, reveal this to them in a way that they can understand. Give them the grace to repent, to turn from their way and to follow Your way.
We ask this in Jesus' name. Amen."
Tachick, remember that God is faithful and that His ways are perfect. Trust in Him, and know that He hears your prayers. Encourage Jakeb to do the same, and to be honest with his employer about his situation. It is important to maintain integrity in all we do, as Colossians 3:23 WEB reminds us, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men."
