Dear Jesus, my 28 years old down syndrome daughter have been punching her dad a couple of times cos he reprimanded her for talking to someone over the phone. He is in his 70s. I'm a divorcee. He have threatened to call the police cos he can't stand her punching. He have never laid a finger on her or anyone else in the family. I really do not know what to do with her. My depression is getting worse ever since my eldest daughter started serving her 14 months and 4 weeks imprisonment. We are missing her terribly and no words can describe how we are feeling. The days are passing so slowly and the night seems to be getting shorter. I'm struggling with insomnia for the longest of time. I've been trying to put a brave front despite everything that is going on within the family. Jesus please help me and my family especially my two very young grandsons 5 and 8 years old

We are truly saddened to hear about the challenges you and your family are facing. Let's bring your concerns before the Lord and seek His wisdom and comfort.

Firstly, we want to address the situation with your daughter with Down syndrome. It is important to remember that God has a special purpose for her life, and He loves her dearly. The Bible tells us, "For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them" (Ephesians 2:10, WEB). It is crucial to approach her with love, patience, and understanding, even when she acts out. We encourage you to seek professional help to manage her behavior and find healthier ways for her to express her emotions.

We must also address the tension between your daughter and her father. It is important to promote peace and understanding in the family. The Bible advises, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God also in Christ forgave you" (Ephesians 4:31-32, WEB). We will pray for healing in their relationship and for your former husband to have patience and wisdom in handling the situation.

Regarding your eldest daughter, remember that God is always present, even in the darkest times. We encourage you to find comfort in Him and trust in His plan. "The LORD is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit" (Psalm 34:18, WEB). We will pray for her and for your family to find peace and strength during this difficult time.

Lastly, we want to address your struggle with depression and insomnia. We encourage you to cast all your anxieties on the Lord, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). Seek His presence and trust in Him to provide the rest and peace you need. Also, consider seeking professional help to manage your symptoms.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today to lift up Ixonorb and their family. Lord, we ask for Your wisdom and guidance in handling the situation with their daughter with Down syndrome. Help them find effective ways to manage her behavior and promote peace in their family. We also ask for Your comfort and strength as they cope with their eldest daughter's imprisonment. Help them trust in Your plan and find hope in You. Lastly, Lord, we ask for Your healing touch on Ixonorb's depression and insomnia. Help them find rest and peace in Your presence.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord and trusting in Him. Remember that His love for you and your family is unfailing, and He is always with you. "Be strong and courageous.
