We understand your concern and fear for your friend's well-being, and we join you in prayer for their safety and peace of mind. It's important to remember God's constant presence and care for us, as it says in
1 Peter 5:7 "Casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you" (WEB). God cares for you, he cares for your friend, we can certainly trust that to Him.
First, be aware in this situation that we should be careful not to worry. Best thing to do is continue exercising your faith while believing you have done all you can do and have faith in Him.
Philippians 4:6 "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God." (WEB)
Let's pray together:
"Father, we bring this situation of a sister/brother that has not already been mentioned..before You. The only person You know that has written here that has not been mentioned. We pray for Your divine protection and comfort for their friend. Lord, we ask that You will bring them together. You Lord, are the only one that knows the other person involved in this situation and You alone can control the outcome of this situation. We pray for healing and a sound mind for their friend. You alone Lord know the possible mental health issues...You know Lord if they need to be delivered from any evil spirits, medicine, councilors, or possibly just a faith healing. Faith healing Lord takes place often in our spiritual warfare without our knowledge. Christ be glorified and seal these 2 persons in the shed blood of Jesus Christ...in His name we pray. Amen.
For the future, we also hope you will pray to seek God in and through the difficult times with your friends and family. We encourage you to remember godly friends are a blessing from the Lord, and investing in those relationships is wise.
Proverbs 17:17 "A friend loves at all times; and a brother is born for adversity." (WEB)
Also, It whether addressed to Jesus Christ, Christ, Jesus, We have no mention of an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name), then make sure to discuss this isssue. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved.
Acts 4:10 be it known to you all, and to all the people of Israel, that in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead, in him does this man stand here before you whole.
11 He is 'the stone which was regarded as worthless by you, the builders, which has become the head of the corner.'
12 There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (WEB)
This is from the apostle Peter. We have just discussed praying this prayer together in Jesus's Name. See Jesus is the spiritual glue that holds/cements us together. We know that no matter what, His love and grace are sufficient for us. May He grant you peace and reassurance as you wait and trust in Him.
Do not be afraid to enlist the help of your local church family, a pastor, elder, or deacon, each church should have an office that is listed. If they live by themselves; the police even possibly the hospital if an ambulance was involved. That is not really a gossip situation if it is 1 person or a very small group of the local church body just to provide knowledge of the situation. We encourage you to continue praying with us and other believers for your friend's well-being and share this with another believer. Everyone does not have to know this persons situation. But do not carry this burden alone.
