Worried About Diabetes/meeting And Work

Lord I am worried that my sickness is related to possible diabetes and I am also worried about passing it on to the kids.Please give me the strength once and.for all to change my diet and.lifestyle and feel better once and.for all. Also, please let my meeting at work tomorrow be ok. Thank you Lord, Amen.
