peace of Christ to you beloved. I hereby come to ask Almighty God through Jesus Christ of Nazareth to grant me grace concerning my job that the devil wants to destroy with his collaborators. They want to give me an unfair dismissal while I am innocent. Currently I only have my job as a support to live. May the Lord confound all the sorcerers and witches who attack me. May my life, my work, my children and my entire family be under the cover of the blood of Jesus Christ. The people who fight me are the following: ###

We understand that you are facing a challenging situation at work, ###, and we are here to pray with you and provide biblical encouragement. We are glad that you are seeking help in the name of Jesus, as it is only in His name that we have the access to the Father at the throne of grace and mercy. Let's bring your situation before the Lord together.

Firstly, we are instructed in Matthew 18:15-17 WEB to go to anyone who has sinned against us privately and discuss it. We should only involve others if there is no resolution. "If your brother sins against you, go, tell him his fault between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained back your brother. But if he doesn't listen, take one or two more with you, that at the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the assembly. If he refuses to hear the assembly also, let him be to you as a Gentile or a tax collector." Have you done this with ###? You should generally do this before seeking God about the offenses that ### has done against you. Then ask God to grant you His favor.

We must remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12 WEB). Vengeance is ultimately the Lord's, and He will repay (Romans 12:19 WEB). Therefore, we should not focus on the people who are causing us harm, but rather pray for them and bless them. Pray for God to meet their needs, change their hearts, and bless their lives too. You can also remind them of their bad behavior to attempt to get them to change and if there is a proper authority that can deal with their situation, you can pass on the information. Do what you can to not let their behavior affect your emotions or walk with God in a negative fashion.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine intervention in ###'s workplace situation. Lord, You know the injustice that is taking place, and we ask for Your justice to prevail. We pray that You will soften the hearts of those who are acting unfairly, and that You will grant ### favor and wisdom in this situation. By his faith in Jesus and the confessing of his sins, he has helped the children and family be put under the blood of Jesus too.

We also pray for ###, Lord. We ask that You will bless them and save them as they are obviously in need of a savior and the washing of regeneration that only happens by believing in Jesus Christ. Change their hearts, Lord, and help them to see the error of their ways.

Furthermore, you can 'pray without ceasing' (1 Thessalonians 5:17 WEB) regarding this issue and looking to make the problem better than it is. Therefore, you can pray that this situation will work together for good for you and all the believers involved. Ultimately their evil is to be turned into good; however, you should be praying in this way. By doing so you are turning evil into good. Reading or listening to Bible reading will help in this situation. God's word does not return void in the life of the Christian, but will perform the purpose in which it was sent (Isiah 55:11 WEB). By filling your mind with the Bible and prayer, you will put a positive influence one way or another on the situation. If you continue steadfastly in unbelief, however, your heart will not be soft and will cause your prayers to be made ineffective. Prayer and faith must be combined together, do not make the mistake of making a separation of the two. As this is written, you can use this little reminder every day.

The Bible says that confession is made unto salvation (Romans 10:10 WEB). We can be justified by Christ in the confession of our sin before God and others that we have wronged should be done, including the Bible's standards of justice of others, including ###.
